What’s New on the Jetron Ticket Mobile App

Jetron Ticket is fast evolving into one of the most advanced event ticketing platforms. This progress is reflective in our new and improved mobile app. In December 2025, we launched the Jetron Ticket mobile app, which came with “never before seen” features like the Map View - which allows users find events near them on a digital map screen, our Pinterest-like homepage that lets users scroll through our events homepage with ease, as well as the Event Calendar.

Since that version was made public, we’ve been continuously working behind the scenes on ways to even further improve the overall experience of the mobile app.

We’re proud to announce that on the latest version of the Jetron Ticket mobile app, you can now create your own events!

This action was only exclusive to our website users, but as of now, our mobile app users can now create interfaces for whatever event of their choice on the app. And because this is now possible, we rolled in more features to help smoothen the event creation process. Some of these features include:

1. Adding Collaborators To Your Events
   

On the Jetron Ticket mobile app, you can now add collaborators to your events, especially events where there are more than one organizers. You can do this by clicking on the event you have created, clicking on “Collaborators” and sending invites to the emails of whoever you want to add. You can also choose whatever role they will be taking on as regards the success of said event, and these roles are summed up into three; Admin, Sales and Ticket Scanner. The recipient(s) will be able to receive the invite(s) if they already have an existing account on Jetron Ticket. How cool is

2. Adding Promo Codes

Organizers can now create, activate, and manage custom discount codes directly inside the mobile app.This feature was previously exclusive to our website users on their admin dashboard, but as of now, you can create, edit and track promo codes for your event’s tickets, just with the tap of a finger.

3. Adding Headliners

Imagine a section in the event creation process where you can add the headliners for your event, and ticket buyers will be able to preview their music before purchasing their tickets. Well, you didn’t really need to imagine because we already have that. Whether you’re organizing a huge concert, a rave or a music festival, you can add headliners to your event, only on our mobile app.

4. Advanced Event Analytics

The analytics dashboard on mobile has leveled up. You can now track broader metrics, specifically distinguishing between Total Page Views (amount of times your event was viewed across all platforms) and Total Unique Views (amount of unique visitors your event had).
